We are looking for a results-driven Landscape Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling and pricing landscape work to keep the company's schedule full. This individual will play a key role in identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored landscape solutions. The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets and significantly driving the business's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media25
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Understand client's needs and provide them with comprehensive landscape solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that sold work is scheduled and completed on time
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a sales representative or sales manager
- Knowledge of the landscaping industry and services offered
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass a drug screening
- Must pass a criminal background check

Compensation:
- This position offers a commission-based pay structure, with earnings based on the number of labor hours sold. Lawn Pros will provide a competitive commission structure to the successful candidate.
