We are looking for a skilled and experienced Landscape Crew Foreman to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of landscaping services at client properties, ensuring their satisfaction. You will work alongside your crew and demonstrate exceptional work ethic. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent knowledge of landscaping techniques, and the ability to supervise and motivate a team of employees. Your role is integral to our team and the satisfaction of our clients.

 

Responsibilities:
- Safely transport work crews and equipment to each job site using the company's truck and trailer
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a landscaping crew to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery
- Schedule and assign tasks to crew members, ensuring that work is completed within deadlines
- Train new crew members on landscaping techniques, safety procedures, and company policies
- Oversee the utilization of equipment and materials to ensure efficient and effective use, minimizing damage and enhancing workplace safety.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and client expectations
- Communicate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and address any concerns or issues that may arise on the job site
- Enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for the crew, ensuring employees work safely and wear the required uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE), such as sturdy footwear, safety glasses, gloves, dust and pollen face masks, and all other required PPE and company uniforms.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscaping and groundskeeping
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of landscaping techniques, plants, and materials
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to landscaping work
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass a drug screening
- Must pass a criminal background check
